The 60-second version
- Find your phone. It sits at the bottom of the screen. Inside: the map (route to your next class), vehicles, and the Codes tab.
- Do your introduction tasks — finish one class, claim a dorm, spawn a vehicle, claim a locker, visit the town. The checklist below tracks them.
- Be early. Classes start at fixed times on the in-game clock. Walk in late or leave after a minute and that class gets an F on your report card.
- Hand things to the teacher. In cooking you must be holding your dish when you talk to the teacher — putting it down doesn’t count.
- Check the report card in your dorm at the end of the day.
Your first day, step by step
1. Spawn and settle in
You arrive in front of the school after a short cutscene. New players then claim a dorm with the prompt on the door and choose a theme. Dorms have a sitting area, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom — the bedroom is where you’ll do homework and read your report card later. Remember your room number; dorm doors are numbered and the halls look alike.
2. Dress up — but watch the clock
The dress-up menu (hair, makeup, clothes, nails…) is tempting, and that’s exactly how players end up late: one streamer was still picking a face when the bell rang. Clothes cost money, so early on you’ll mostly be changing hair, makeup and colours anyway. Full list on the outfits page.
3. Follow the trail to class
When a class is about to start, tap the map — a pink path with sparkles leads you to the classroom. The campus is big (two separate buildings, a pool, a field, a fountain and a pond), and without the map players get lost. Once you’re in, take a seat; the teacher says class will start soon, and the minigame begins after a short wait.
4. Play the class minigame
Each subject is a different minigame — pinpointing cities in geography, a connecting puzzle in science, avoiding jellyfish in swimming, a step-by-step cooking game, dodgeball in PE, mental maths… Every class pays a little cash and XP. See every class explained.
5. Lunch
There’s a lunch period in the cafeteria: walk up and order (menus seen so far include chicken alfredo, salad, cheeseburgers, shrimp, brownies and ice cream). Yes, you can be late to lunch too.
6. After school: town, jobs, groceries
Spawn a car from your phone or take the train into town. There’s a supermarket, a Pilates studio and a coffee shop. One daily task asks you to complete a job in the town — how jobs start isn’t clear yet (one streamer asked around three shops and couldn’t find one). See dorms and the town.
7. Report card and homework
At the end of the day, go back to your dorm bedroom to see your report card (attendance % and a letter grade for each class) and do your homework. Got an F with full attendance? Here’s why.
Tasks and warnings
- Introduction tasks are one-off and teach the basics.
- Daily tasks — one player’s list showed 0/5, including “complete class”, “complete a job in the town” and “come to class prepared”.
- Warnings — the same player’s screen said five warnings equals detention. She had zero warnings even after arriving late to several classes, so lateness alone doesn’t seem to add one. ⚠️ What does add a warning isn’t confirmed yet.
Free private servers
Private servers cost nothing in Evermore High. Making one is the easiest way to learn the map, try the class minigames and decorate your dorm without being rushed. Normal servers hold up to 30 players.
